1:1 Personal Training
1:1 sessions will be 60 minute sessions that will be held in person or virtually. These sessions will be minimum of 2 times per week with a 12 week commitment. Each session will be devoted to the program I have created based on your goals you are looking to achieve with me. These sessions are strength training focused. I focus on my clients getting stronger, improving technique and developing mind to muscle connection Each session includes my ongoing support, motivation, & knowledge.
Macronutrient + Nutrition Coaching
Based on what your current goals are, I will provide you with the proper macronutrients specific to your body and needs. You will learn about portion sizes, what macronutrients are & why you are following them, & how to take a sustainable approach to nutrition with zero restrictions. This program consists of weekly check-ins/coaching calls, meal plan examples, macro-friendly recipes, on going support,knowledge,& program adjustments when needed.
Remote Online Coaching
Online remote training is a great option for those of you who may not live in the bay area and would like to train with me. Remote training will provide you with your completely customized strength & nutrition program. All programs are followed through an app where you will be able to view your program, track your food and workouts, & enjoy the many other features. You will have access to group coaching calls, macro friendly recipes, weekly accountability & progress check-ins & more.
Group Coaching
Similar to my 1:1 training sessions, group coaching will be held in person or virtually. These sessions will be a minimum of 2 times per week with a 12 week commitment. These sessions are strength training focused.I focus on my clients getting stronger,improving technique & developing mind to muscle connection during each session.
