I have been training with Bailey for a few months now and I can honestly say that I look forward to each and every session. In the past, I've worked with other personal trainers, but Bailey's approach is truly exceptional. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, professional and supportive, but she also makes sure that each workout is tailored to my specific needs and goals. One of the things I appreciate most about Bailey is her ability to keep the workouts fresh and exciting. I never feel like I'm doing the same thing twice, which keeps me engaged and motivated. Her attention to detail is impressive and she always makes sure that I'm using proper form and technique to prevent injury. Throughout our sessions, Bailey pushes me to work harder than I ever have before, but also makes sure to provide encouragement and support when I need it. I have been training with Bailey for 5 months now and she is absolutely the best. I decided to look for a personal trainer after years of working out on my own and I am so glad I found her. She took my goals into consideration since Day 1 and I started seeing results right away. She listens to your needs, is detail oriented, and ensures proper form each time. Training with Bailey has been an absolute pleasure! Bailey is a patient, encouraging and motivating instructor. She not only helps correct my forms to prevent potential pain or injuries but also share with me her knowledge and tips on fitness and dietary plans to help achieve my fitness goal. For all the workout I have done with her, she always encourage me to challenge myself to do 1 or 2 more reps and make me realize that I can do things I thought impossible. I have seen significant improvement on my progressive overload after working out with her as she helps spot check my workout and motivate me to lift heavier with more reps with more confidence. Working with Bailey is one of the best decisions I've ever made! Empowering. That's the first word that comes into mind if I were to describe Bailey. When I decided to get a personal trainer last year, I was very intimidated and afraid. I was afraid the trainer will think I was a lost cause because of the belly, arms and back fat but as soon as I met Bailey, she made me feel at ease. She didn't judge you. She accepted you and made you feel welcomed. She made you embrace your body. She didn't see any flaws but she saw potential and I will forever be grateful for that. She saw potential for everyone to get stronger and healthier. I loved that she understood that getting healthy and stronger was a journey because she could relate as well. Bailey is also knowledgeable about counting macros and as well getting fit. Did I ever think I could squat and lift heavy? Ummm... no but thanks to Bailey I can. Bailey has taught me to never give up and push myself outside of my comfort zone when it comes to lifting heavy and knowing my limits. I've been training with Bailey for 6 months and it has been a game changer. She has created a new strength training routine for me and is great at modifying exercises if you are dealing with any injuries.
